United Way of Tuscarawas County, Inc. is an independently-governed 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization located in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Although we are connected to a network of more than 1,400 local United Ways through United Way Worldwide, we have our own board of directors and financially support only health and human service programs serving the Tuscarawas County area.

Our Team
Robin Waltz
President and CEO
Robin Waltz has been with the United Way of Tuscarawas County since March of 2013. She served as the Community Resources Coordinator before becoming the President/CEO in March of 2016. Prior to joining the United Way, Robin worked in the human resources field. Robin is a life-long resident of Tuscarawas County and attended New Philadelphia High School and Malone University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
SUSAN REIDENBACH
Community Resources Coordinator
Susan Reidenbach joined the United Way of Tuscarawas County staff in May 2016. She has served United Way of Tuscarawas County as an event volunteer and campaign solicitor. Prior to joining the United Way, she held management positions in the local hospitality and media industries. Susan is a Western Pennsylvania native, Grove City College graduate, and a 20+ year New Philadelphia resident.
