Alison Kerns, B.A., LSW President/CEOAlison Kerns has been with the United Way of Tuscarawas County since August of 1996. She has served as the Director of United Way’s First Call for Help Department, Grant Manager, and Vice President before becoming the President/CEO in April of 2011. Alison is a life-long resident of Tuscarawas County and attended Indian Valley High School and Kenyon College where she received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. |

Fred Weingarth, B.A. Vice PresidentFred Weingarth was hired as the Vice President of the Tuscarawas County United Way in June of 2011. Fred comes to the United Way from a background in social services and is a certified consumer credit counselor. Fred attended Garaway High School and Kent State University where he received a degree in Math & Economics. |
